For me it did not work, i tried about 6 times and in the end used facebook to get in. I got the link but it kept saying the user name was wrong. When I eventually got to step one I could not even find how to change the password,as far as i am concerned i am still using the old one.

Oh dear, I’m sorry it was a difficult one for you! The good news is that the site has picked up your email address from Facebook and logged you into your full VIP account with everything intact. So you can just hit the Facebook button to login in future.

PS – You won’t need a password when you log in with the Facebook button, so it’s all good.
