Thanks for posting about your experiences with migration! It all helps, a lot!
I’ve tried to answer everyone and I hope I didn’t miss you out, I tried.
I will answer messages and posts as and when I can but I’m also working hard at improvements, along with an expert team. Some of these things take a while to fix so please bear with me and do email me directly if you can’t cope, don’t get stressed. When the programmers are doing things that I can’t do I’m adding new content and migrating pages in from the old sites.
Now, I realise that you were probably expecting something more complete by now but there are hundreds of pages in draft being edited and it became obvious that I could only continue from the point I was at, after several months of setting things up, by involving you all in posting and testing. So thank you very much for your help.
It is my sincere wish that you are all able to make friends and converse about music here. I would love to be able to do that too. I know we all have limited time available to us but it is great to make friends from around the world who have an interest in common.
I also wish that my (our) dear friend JD5live could be here now but he is extremely ill. He has kept the forums going for years and been an absolute stalwart through thick and thin, we wouldn’t be here without him. He is my best friend and I wish him a very speedy recovery, I know he wants to join us here so badly.
If I haven’t answered your message or I’m not able to answer your next one, it is only because I’m helping those who have critical problems in trying to migrate, so forgive me please.
Thanks again all,
