I am needing to cancel my monthly membership.  I have made multiple attempts to find the form or  instructions on how to do this as well as sending a request through the Website Contact Me form and I still have been unsuccessful. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I no longer see a reason to pay for this when I no longer have the keyboard.

    I was under the impression that my VIP membership had been canceled.  That is why I find it both frustrating and confusing as to why I have been charged again for this membership. What else do I need to do to endure that the monthly fee is no longer being charged? Do I need to provide more information? Do I need to contact some specific person? Please advise as soon as possible, thank you.

    I don’t know the answer to your question but can’t you just cancel your direct debit or whatever it is?
