I have tried twice to add Issue 6 to my cart but it doesn’t appear in the cart when I go to arrange payment – just the 2002 free issue which I have already downloaded. Can you please resolve this issue? Thanks.

If there are any old items in there press the delete icon and then the update cart button.
If that doesn’t clear the old cart please let me know.
Assuming that it does you should be able to proceed without an issue.
