Hi there,
I’d like to know how to remove and replace a key on my KN2000. As a Free Member it says here that I can ‘view for free’ the service manual. Maybe I have misunderstood, but the orange button does not seem to do anything.

The video os KN3000 but the principles are very similar. It is possible to replace a key without disassembling the keyboard but it is tricky. By disassembling you will be able to very slightly bend the metal receiving the key to ensure that it is perfectly aligned with adjacent keys.
