This contact form is for volunteering to help, personal issues with your account, invoices, passwords and so on.
I receive around 50 emails from the site per day after the automatic filters have removed any spam. 50 x 5 minutes each to answer (say) = over 4 hours, which is simply not possible. I do not answer emails asking about power cables, instrument repairs or asking other questions that can be answered in the forums.
